The internet’s latest viral sensation comes with long blonde hair, a strong Southern twang and an undeniably NSFW sense of humor. Haliey Welch — aka The “Hawk Tuah” girl — shot to overnight superstardom last month after she stole the show in a man-on-the-street interview with Tim & Dee TV. During a night out in Nashville, Tenn. in early June — right after the country music festival CMA fest — Welch and a friend were stopped by a camera team who asked them, among other things, a NSFW question about how they keep partners happy in the bedroom. “Aw, you gotta give it that ‘Hawk Tuah‘ and spit on ...

As we get closer to the 4th of July, many people are stocking up on some spleen splitters, whisker biscuits, honkey lighters, hoosker doos, hoosier don’ts, cherry bombs, nipsy daisers — with or without the scooter stick — or whistlin’ kitty chasers. But believe it or not, even here in the land of the free, there are still some states that have rules in place for fireworks, with one state banning them all together. That’s right, you can’t buy any sort of sort of consumer fireworks in Massachusetts. None. Zilch. Nada. In Hawaii, Nevada and Wyoming, the sale of fireworks differs from county to co...

Ryan Reynolds is the ultimate jokester and recently he and Rob McElhenney tricked Dolly Parton into promoting his new docuseries, Welcome to Wrexham. He shared the video on social media and although she was technically in on the entire thing, it’s still a fun back and forth between the country legend and the men behind the project. Parton opens the video chatting about her recent announcement about discovering she may have Welsh ancestry. “I was tickled to learn that, and I was even more tickled when I received a lovely gift from the Welsh Board of Tourism and Docudramas,” she starts. The gift...

Country music is bigger than ever, and that might be because it’s for the whole family. If you are a parent (or really cool aunt, uncle, grandparent, etc.) and thinking about taking a child in your life to their first concert, you may have some questions. Mainly, what’s the best country concert to take kids to? Before we get into that, it’s important to note that everyone is different and at the end of the day it’s up to the child’s guardian which artists are appropriate for them. That said, you’ll also want to do some research on how to best keep kids safe at concerts and don’t forget about e...

Kids’ menus, usually filled with word games and picture games alike, can be a great way to pass the time for children as they wait on their food at restaurants. But, Cracker Barrel has some explaining to do with their kids’ menu. On the backside of the menu is an old-school picture find called Homestyle Moments. At the top it asks kids to find seven forks hidden on the page. As you can see below, six are pretty easy to locate, but the seventh is nowhere to be found. This has driven so many people crazy there is actually a Reddit thread filled with other parents asking where the seventh and fin...

If you want to stand out the next time you are in traffic, the perfect truck has been found. A TikTok creator, Hank Robinson Engraving, went all out engraving a 2018 F-250 with country music legends from front to back. The truck, which is named “Country State of Mind” was engraved with a Dremel drill for roughly 1,200 hours, according to the creator. The truck was unveiled back in 2021 at SEMA, a massive aftermarket auto show, and the truck obviously turned some heads. It’s packed with artist portraits with the likes of Willie Nelson, Travis Tritt, Dolly Parton, Reba McEntire, Johnny Cash and ...

Today marks the 80th Anniversary of D-Day, the largest seaborne invasion in history. With every passing year we sadly have fewer and fewer of these veterans to honor, but this year there are many different ceremonies with throngs of people paying their respects to the ones we lost and those who remain. Large crowds showed up on the beaches of Normandy this morning to honor the more than 4,000 men who lost their lives 80 years ago today. French President Emmanuel Macron honored 11 Americans with the French Légion d’honneur, the highest French Honor of Merit, for their service that day. One of t...
