Among them are Manhattan transfer Seydou Traore, freshman Chris Tadjo and freshman Cooper Koch. One of the lessons that many big men learn in their freshman year of college is that they need to get bigger and stronger in order to compete in the Big Ten. That message was received by Owen Freeman and Ladji Dembele. They both added at least 20 pounds of muscle to their frame in the out of season they can feel the results on the floor this summer. In his first season with the Iowa Hawkeyes, Brock Harding shot the ball ok. He made 36.2% of his overall shots from the floor, but 37% from three point range. That was a respectable number, but always the perfectionist, Harding felt he could do better. That means getting in the gym and adjusting the level of his shot.
