Kentucky catcher Devin Burkes is returning for his fourth season in 2025, he announced on Wednesday. He has one year of eligibility remaining. Burkes has spent two of his prior three seasons as the Wildcats’ starting catcher. In 465 career at-bats, the Bradenton, FL native boasts a career .275 batting average with 36 doubles, 15 home runs, and 35 RBI.
