Whether it’s annoying or not, that music that pours through our earbuds or speakers on our phones while we’re on hold is something we expect. Sometimes it’s classical, sometimes it’s jazzy. Even if we’re enjoying it we long for it to end so we can hear that human voice return to help out us. Still it pacifies us a bit as hold music is still better than complete silence and that’s it’s point. So thank goodness this fluke happened or we may not have on-hold music at all. According to the Weird Facts website, it’s all because of a loose wire and a faulty phone line connection. A loose wire touchi...

There always seems to be various symbols, letters, or numbers popping up or disappearing in the top, right corner of our mobile phones. We’re used to seeing 4G or 5G, the WiFi sign, the signal strength, and the battery symbol but the ‘E’ is one of those sporadic letters that may jump off the screen when it appears because of its randomness. You may notice that whenever you’re having trouble sending texts or instant messages, connecting to the internet, or even making a call, that mysterious E is most likely in the top, right corner of your phone. This is because your phone is having trouble co...

Thinking about death and preparation isn’t often top of mind. We all know, no matter how old we are, that we should have some kind of a plan regarding our last wishes but it’s an uncomfortable and even sobering and somber moment. The Jetsons cartoon only lasted three season in the mid 1960s but wow what an impact. It’s such a fun, futuristic, creatively written cartoon that dare I say most of us watched in syndication in the 1970s,1980s, and 1990s (I’m assuming). The Jetsons first aired in 1962 following the family of four with George and his wife Jane and their two children, Judy and Elroy in the year 2062. They lived in Orbit City here on earth with their dog Astro, and Rosey the robot who was their live-in maid. You can even stream it today if you want with plenty of streaming apps and services popping up in my Goog...

How strange and creepy you can buy a robot guard dog. Of course, it has so many more uses. Then again, maybe a flame-throwing robot dog with lasers isn’t that weird considering AI is taking over, robot dogs are already used by law enforcement agencies, and self-driving cars are a thing. There’s a company in Ohio called Throwflame and now you can buy this four-legged robot called the “Thermonator.” You have to admit the name is awesome however the video of this robot dog is truly terrifying. I’ll share it with you in a second. The Thermonator is the first of its kind which is probably something...
