The man who killed two people at a gay bar in Oslo during the Norwegian capital's annual Pride celebrations in 2022 was sentenced by a court on Thursday to 30 years in prison, the maximum length possible. The Oslo District Court found the 45-year-old Iranian-born Norwegian man guilty of murder and terrorism charges. Islamist terrorists in the West African country of Niger have carried out one of the deadliest attacks on the military in years.
