Miranda Lambert Broke Up a Catfight Mid-Performance (Watch)

Miranda Lambert

We already know that Miranda Lambert shows can get a little rowdy. She has some tunes in her library that can fire up people’s emotions. But this is a first.

As the saying goes, “Don’t mess with Texas.” Lambert was performing over the weekend in Midland, Texas, when a catfight broke out in the crowd.

Here’s where it gets weird. The catfight broke out during her song, “Tin Man.”

Lambert noticed a commotion in the crowd and stopped mid-song to address the situation. “Is somebody ok? Did somebody faint? Did somebody pass out? Are you good? Are y’all fightin’?”

Lambert continued, in a parent-like tone, “During this song? Because I will come down there. We’re not doing that today.”

Lambert’s song, “Tin Man,” is a slow, emotional song. Certainly not the one anyone would expect a crazy fight to break out during.

The country queen then got real serious and proclaimed, “I’m gonna go east Texas red on your a** real quick!”

After a slight pause as she glanced around the crowd, Lambert continued addressing the situation.

“Is everybody okay? Is anyone bleeding?” she asks. “It ain’t worth it. It’s always the girls, we always get riled up and start punching each other.”

Lambert then sent a clear message to the crowd, the parties involved and Midland police. “Dear police, can we just go ahead and remove that’d be great,” she said. “Thank you very much.”

The message seems to be very clear, do not get into a fight in the crowd at a Miranda Lambert show, or you will get embarrassed and removed real quick.
