Chelsea fans are all saying the same thing after Estevao Willian’s latest display for Palmeiras

Chelsea supporters have reacted on social media to the performance from their young rising star.

Estevao Willian, who’s aged just 17, is now a big talking point within the Chelsea fanbase.

The Blues confirmed earlier this summer that they’ve agreed a deal to sign Palmeiras attacker Estevao, albeit he won’t be moving to Stamford Bridge until the summer of 2025.

In the meantime, the teenager is continuing his development with Brazilian top-flight club Palmeiras.

He’s just made his mark during Palmeiras’ 2-2 league draw against Gremio on Thursday. The right-winger cut infield and scored a stunning equalising goal from outside the box.

Chelsea fans react to Estevao Willian performance

Many Chelsea supporters are all saying the same thing on social media after Estevao’s latest brilliant display for Palmeiras.

Here are some of the fanbase on X claiming that the club has hit the jackpot by signing the 17-year-old sensation:

One fan said: “We’ve hit the jackpot with Estevao, a truly sensational talent, the stuff I’m seeing from this kid is outrageous.”

Another wrote: “Estevao scoring a banger of a goal like that & dropping this performance overall in general at just 17 to help Palmeiras draw their match from 2-0 down wowzers, we might have truly hit the jackpot with this signing.”

One fan posted: “Remember the name Estevao Willian. We’ve hit the jackpot, what a baller.”

Another shared: “Send Palmeiras another £50m. I can’t believe how special Estevao is. What a goal.”

2025 can’t come quick enough

It feels like Estevao does something noteworthy every time he steps on the pitch for Palmeiras right now.

At the age of 17, it’s crazy to think what the Brazilian forward will end up achieving in his career.

Chelsea fans have to wait another whole year before the left-footed winger joins them, but an extra season in Brazil could be great for the youngster’s development.

We will only find out in the years to come if Chelsea’s transfer strategy of signing young stars for the future pays off. It’s certainly going to be intriguing to watch either way!
