One highly recommended camping location is the Higashi Onuma Campground. It sits at the eastern end of Lake Onuma and provides a beautiful view of the lake, making it ideal for cycling or canoeing trips. Overnight stays are free, and no reservation is required. However, amenities and nearby dining options are limited, so ensure you are well-stocked with supplies before your arrival.
